15- minute Discovery Call

Schedule a time to connect and help me understand where you are in your health journey. Together, we'll discuss your goals and map out potential next steps. 

Please note that no medical advice will be given during this conversation. 

This visit is $50 and non-refundable, which will be credited toward your total if you choose to move forward.

Step 2:

First Consult Intake

After our Exploratory Conversation we will schedule a 30 minute appointment where we will discuss your concerns, health history in-depth to help me understand where you are in your health journey

Step 3:

Deep Dive Evaluation

This is one of my favorite parts of YOUR health journey- where we spend the time thoroughly reviewing and explaining YOUR personalized biomarkers results. Where you gain an understanding of your body. Using your data, together we develop a treatment protocol that is personalized to your needs, life, and goals. This appointment will be 75 minutes.

Step 4:

Ongoing Support

Health journeys often need adjustments along the way. Through regular 30 minute check-ins and clear communication, I'll be here to guide and support you at every step! Making sure you are getting results.

  • All consults are virtual, allowing me to support clients throughout the United States. I maintain the same personalized, comprehensive approach. 

  • Zion Wellness Co does not bill insurance, it is a cash-based practice. This allows me to deliver premium care where I can offer more time 1:1 with you, advanced testing, and personalized care. Insurance (besides Medicare or AHCCCS) may cover lab tests ordered by Dr. Ibarra, as well as prescriptions if you reside in the state of Arizona

  • Yes. As a licensed Naturopathic Physician in Arizona, I can prescribe medications when indicated for your care, however, I can only do so for patients residing in Arizona.

  • I offer virtual premium care for adults over the age of 18, however, physical examination is not something I can do virtually. Therefore, I cannot be assigned as your primary care doctor. You want to make sure you're working with a provider that can perform physical examinations, for example, listening to your heart and lungs, palpating your thyroid, etc. 

  • All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. If you have questions before purchasing, the free info call is a good place to start.
