First Consult Intake
After our Exploratory Conversation we will schedule a 35 minute appointment where we will discuss your concerns, health history in-depth to help me understand where you are in your health journey.
Deep-dive Evaluation
This is one of my favorite parts of YOUR health journey- where we spend the time thoroughly reviewing and explaining YOUR personalized biomarkers results. Where you gain an understanding of your body. Using your data, together we develop a treatment protocol that is personalized to your needs, life, and goals. This appointment will be 60 minutes.
Ongoing Support
Health journeys often need adjustments along the way. Through regular 30 minute check-ins and clear communication, I'll be here to guide and support you at every step! Making sure you are getting results.
